Job Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily will:

  • Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure project alignment.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and safety logs.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

  • Experience with managing multifamily building and construction projects from start to finish. (Milwaukee and/or Madison experience preferred, not required)
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and construction software is a plus.
