About Our Client

Our client is a well respected and established National General Contractor with a tight-knit team in Phoenix and are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their growing team. They have several high profile municipal and commercial projects breaking ground and are looking for someone who can lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects across Maricopa County.

Job Description

  • Managing ground up municipal and commercial projects from foundation to key turnover.
  • Successfully lead construction projects valued over $80M+.
  • Delivering on time and within budge projects for clients across Phoenix.
  • Create and maintain the master schedule.
  • Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks.
  • Work alongside Project Managers and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.
  • Client facing skillset.
  • Scheduling experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of lead superintendent experience.
  • Land development experience preferred.
  • Municipal, parks & rec, education experience.
  • Scheduling experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
  • Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $80M (minimum requirement). Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Suites.

What's on Offer

  • Base salary: $130-160K, based upon experience
  • All in package: $170k+
