Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards at all times.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Address any issues or challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software is a plus.
