Job Description

The Superintendent - National GC - Richmond, VA will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily field operations from project start through closeout
  • Managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Coordinating closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
  • Leading site meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost
  • Maintaining project documentation, reports, and look-ahead schedules

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - National GC - Richmond, VA should have:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Experience working on commercial ground up projects $15M+
  • Experience working on complex interior/renovation projects $15M+
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and other construction related software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
