Superintendent - New Construction - Commercial

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring progress aligns with project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and project managers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports and logs.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site.
