Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities from mobilisation through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and client communication
  • Lead both ground-up and tenant improvement/renovation projects
  • Utilise Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera to support project execution
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and site logistics plans

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Orlando Commercial Construction should have:

  • Proven Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
  • Comfortable managing both ground-up and TI/renovation assignments
  • Strong project history with detailed project lists including values and locations
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
