The Superintendent-Orlando-Construction will oversee construction projects in the Property industry, managing on-site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role focuses on coordinating teams and resources to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Must have ground up commercial construction experience-AHCA preferred.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and maintain progress.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for on-site operations and communicate updates effectively.
