Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction operations and ensure compliance with project schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all site activities adhere to safety regulations and standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy in construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and project management teams.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide solutions to ensure project goals are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Pharmaceutical Construction should have:

  • Proven Superintendent experience on pharmaceutical construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of cleanrooms, stainless steel systems, and aseptic packaging environments
  • Experience working in highly regulated manufacturing facilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings
