Superintendent - Public Sector Projects

• Supervise and manage all aspects of public sector construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project goals.
