Job Description

  • Lead daily field operations for ground-up and interior renovation projects valued between $1M-$10M
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and site logistics
  • Coordinate closely with project management teams, clients, and design partners
  • Drive successful completion of healthcare, restaurant, veterinary, dental, and commercial projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to company standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven delivery of projects ranging from $1M-$10M
  • Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple trades and maintain project momentum from start to finish
