Job Description

  • Support project execution from site mobilisation through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards
  • Partner with project teams to drive successful project delivery
  • Assist in leading field operations on K-12, higher education, civic, and commercial projects
  • Step into a leadership capacity when needed to maintain project continuity

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
  • Background in CMaRisk, Design-Build, or General Contracting environments
  • Experience on K-12, higher education, municipal, or commercial projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage field operations and build strong subcontractor relationships
