Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide progress updates.
  • Identify and resolve project-related challenges promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Lead and motivate the on-site construction team to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
  • Background managing CMAR, Design-Build, K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, or Commercial projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders
  • Based in Raleigh or open to relocation
