The key responsibilities of the Superintendent are:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate work between multiple trades.
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and maintain a zero-incident mindset.
• Monitor quality control standards and ensure adherence to client specifications.
• Collaborate with project management teams on budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning activities, and turnover processes.
• Maintain clear communication with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
