Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes at all times.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and design teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals successfully.

A successful Superintendent - Multifamily should have:
