Known for its repeat-client relationships, collaborative culture, and entrepreneurial environment, the company empowers field leaders with autonomy, resources, and direct access to leadership while maintaining a true family-oriented atmosphere.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through closeout.Lead projects ranging from approximately $1M to $20M+, with a typical focus on $2M-$10M projects.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily field operations.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.Serve as the primary field representative and client-facing leader on assigned projects.Prepare and maintain daily reports utilizing Procore.Develop and manage three-week look-ahead schedules.Lead jobsite safety initiatives and maintain excellent safety performance.Collaborate with Project Managers, Assistant Superintendents, and Field Engineers to achieve project goals.Manage project durations typically ranging from 4-8 months, with some larger projects lasting up to one year.Drive schedule execution to help clients reopen operations quickly and begin generating revenue.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
