Job Description

  • Guide daily field operations from ground-up through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project workflow
  • Drive schedule performance, quality standards, and jobsite safety
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to solve challenges and keep projects on track
  • Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and stakeholder communication

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

  • Excellent communicator who works well with both field and office teams
  • Positive, team-first attitude with a high level of accountability and professionalism
