Superintendent - Retail Construction - Beverly, MA

• Supervise and manage all aspects of retail construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
• Ensure excellent communication between all stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
