Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day site operations for retail and tenant improvement construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project delivery milestones.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Drive site productivity, resolve field issues, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, architects, inspectors, and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience within commercial, retail, multifamily, or mixed-use construction.
  • Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain control of active project sites.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with owners and design teams.
  • Open to regional travel and committed to delivering high-quality projects.
