Job Description

* Lead field operations for restaurant, retail, and tenant improvement projects
* Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and client communication
* Coordinate with Project Managers and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout construction

The Successful Applicant

* Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
* Proven experience delivering restaurant, retail, or interior fit-out projects
* Strong client-facing skills and ability to maintain key relationships
* Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
* QSR or multi-site retail rollout experience preferred
