Client is a top commercial construction general contractor looking to expand their municipal and education division.

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Manage subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:
