Job Description

As the Superintendent - SCIF Construction, you will report into senior construction leadership and take full responsibility for secure project delivery from start to finish.

  • Lead on-site operations for SCIF and secure facility construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors while maintaining strict security and compliance protocols
  • Manage schedules, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget targets
  • Oversee inspections, documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with project management teams and government stakeholders
  • Drive site safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Manage daily construction activities through to successful completion

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - SCIF Construction, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
  • Direct SCIF project experience (essential)
  • Strong understanding of secure facility and compliance requirements
  • Background in ground-up construction projects
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects safely and efficiently
  • Ability to manage highly regulated, detail-driven environments
  • Willingness to relocate if not currently local

Highly desirable:

  • Government or defense construction project experience
  • Existing or previously held security clearance
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field
