Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities for self-storage projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure efficient project progress.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to report on project status and address issues.
  • Inspect work quality to ensure it meets project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Proactively resolve on-site challenges to minimize delays.

The Successful Applicant
