Job Description

  • Oversee all field operations for sitework construction projects
  • Manage grading, excavation, utilities, and paving activities
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, equipment, and labor crews
  • Maintain and drive project schedule and productivity targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
  • Proactively identify and resolve field issues and conflicts
  • Track daily progress and maintain accurate jobsite reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in site development / civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, stormwater, and paving operations
  • Ability to read civil drawings and manage complex site logistics
  • Proven leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors
  • Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
