Our client is an established commercial construction firm with decades of experience delivering restaurant, retail, healthcare, and interior construction projects. The organization is expanding into Florida with active projects already secured and significant operational support from its existing national infrastructure.

Job Description

* Lead field operations for restaurant, retail, and tenant improvement projects
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control on-site
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams
* Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
* Experience delivering restaurant, retail, or interior fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor management
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships on active projects
* Experience with QSR, retail rollouts, or multi-site programs preferred
