Job Description

Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities from project startup through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
  • Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Manage project quality control and conduct regular site inspections
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate site logistics
  • Work closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain progress
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
  • Stable work history with strong tenure and minimal employment gaps
  • Experience managing projects valued between $2M-$20M
  • Background in hospitality, retail, automotive, commercial, or similar project sectors
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and site management
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • LEED AP certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and occasionally Maine as project needs require
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
