Job Description

Glimpse of your role:

  • This is a full-time on-site leadership position.
    Responsibilities include:
    • Leading daily field operations
    • Managing subcontractor coordination
    • Conducting safety meetings and enforcing safety standards
    • Reviewing project schedules and sequencing work
    • Working closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedule and budget
    • Coordinating inspections
    • Managing quality control
    • Solving field issues quickly to maintain production

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up new construction.
  • Proven ability to run projects valued at $10M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
