Superintendent-Tampa-Construction

• Oversee daily operations and ensure construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards on job sites.
• Supervise and manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors, to ensure optimal productivity and quality.
• Review project blueprints and plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Problem-solve and address any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
