Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  • Oversee project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
  • Communicate project progress and address any issues with the project management team.
  • Ensure the availability of materials and equipment to avoid project delays.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges efficiently and professionally.
