Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to address challenges and provide updates.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
  • Oversee material delivery and inventory management for the site.
  • Lead site meetings to align teams and discuss project timelines and objectives.
