Superintendent-Tampa-Construction

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project progress and quality.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Work closely with project managers to address challenges and maintain timelines.
• Inspect work completed by subcontractors to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders as needed.
