Job Description

Lead day-to-day field operations and site activities.
Manage subcontractors, self-perform crews, and project schedules.
Coordinate telecommunications, utility, and commercial construction scopes.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Conduct daily site meetings and maintain project reporting.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Resolve field challenges and maintain project momentum.
Collaborate with project management teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
Experience managing telecommunications, fiber, underground utility, commercial, or federal construction projects.
Prior experience with VA Clinics, healthcare, or federal projects strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and utility plans.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
OSHA certification preferred.
Willingness to travel as required.
