The Superintendent will play a critical role in delivering tilt-wall industrial projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics.Drive schedule performance and ensure milestone achievement.Coordinate tilt-wall activities and oversee critical path operations.Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards across the project.Conduct regular site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders.Identify and resolve field issues to minimize project risk and delays.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
