Job Description

Direct and supervise day-to-day field operations to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and budget objectives.
Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities to uphold workmanship standards and ensure adherence to safety requirements.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by implementing and enforcing jobsite safety procedures.
Track construction progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to keep the project moving forward without disruption.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, project leadership, and field personnel to provide status updates and address project concerns promptly.
