Superintendents are empowered to lead, make decisions, and play a critical role in delivering high profile projects from the ground up.Job DescriptionLead all on site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.Oversee tilt wall construction operations, including panel fabrication, erection sequencing, bracing, and quality assurance.Drive project schedules and proactively identify solutions to maintain milestones.Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.Conduct daily coordination meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.Monitor quality control programs and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications.Coordinate site logistics, equipment utilization, material deliveries, and workforce planning.Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates.Partner closely with Project Managers to manage cost, schedule, risk, and client expectationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
