Job Description

  • Lead all on site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.
  • Oversee tilt wall construction operations, including panel fabrication, erection sequencing, bracing, and quality assurance.
  • Drive project schedules and proactively identify solutions to maintain milestones.
  • Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Conduct daily coordination meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
  • Monitor quality control programs and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate site logistics, equipment utilization, material deliveries, and workforce planning.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to manage cost, schedule, risk, and client expectations

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
  • 5+ years serving as a Superintendent on large-scale warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics facilities.
  • Extensive tilt wall experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects exceeding 500,000 square feet.
  • Strong understanding of structural concrete, sitework, steel erection, building envelopes, and MEP coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large field crews simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management technology.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
