Job Description

The Traveling Superintendent will report to Regional Leadership and oversee field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Arkansas.

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from start-up through closeout
  • Own and manage project schedules, sequencing, and coordination efforts
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Drive safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Maintain relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Travel throughout Arkansas as project needs require

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Experience with healthcare, education, retail, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or defense projects
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and site operations independently
  • Strong leadership skills with experience directing subcontractors and field teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Arkansas
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Stable work history with a track record of successful project delivery
