We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to support the successful delivery of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. This role offers the opportunity to join a family-oriented, growing general contractor and work on a strong pipeline of Coffeeshop projects ranging from $1M-$3M.

Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent (Traveling) should have:

  • Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Strong sitework and civil construction background
  • QSR experience required; 7Brew Coffee project experience highly preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida
