• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with regulations and standards.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
