Superintendent

• Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays to keep the project on track.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, including updates on project status, labor, and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and ensure proper record-keeping.
