Superintendent

A Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Coordinate structural, MEP, and finish trades
• Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project teams
• Enforce site safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance
• Perform quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers
