Superintendent

• Oversee day-to-day construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication between all team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to relevant parties as required.
