Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedules and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on job sites.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and report project progress to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial or federal construction. Residential experience will not be considered.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Strong technical skills in projects like Procore, Primavera P6, BuilderTrend, Bluebeam
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for coordinating teams and resolving issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
