Job Description

The Superintendent will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities and personnel. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage day-to-day field operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Drive project schedule and ensure milestones are met
  • Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Lead site safety efforts, including OSHA compliance and enforcement
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, suppliers, and trades to maintain workflow
  • Train and guide field personnel on safety protocols and best practices

For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
  • Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and field teams
  • Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and on-site safety programs
  • Ability to lead from the front and drive accountability across teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with construction management software preferred (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
