Job Description

In this Building and Construction Superintendent role you will:

  • Manage daily on-site operations of construction projects to ensure timely progress and adherence to plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address project needs.
  • Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote productivity and professional development.
