Superintendent

In this Syracuse, NY Building and Construction Superintendent role you will:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure quality and adherence to client requirements.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability for each project phase.
• Conduct inspections to guarantee that work meets industry standards and project specifications.
