Superintendent

• Manage day-to-day on-site activities to ensure construction projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite labor teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address challenges and find solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, logs, and reports.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
