Superintendent

In this Building and Construction Superintendent role you will

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.
• Monitor project budgets and manage resources effectively to avoid cost overruns.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required.
