Job Description

In this Building and Construction Superintendent in Buffalo, NY role you will:

Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff to maintain project quality and safety.
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to all regulations.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and reports.
