Superintendent

• Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to meet project milestones
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules and sequencing plans
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor quality, productivity, and compliance with plans/specifications
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project teams, clients, and partners
• Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize risk and delays
• Lead regular site meetings and provide progress updates to project stakeholders
• Oversee logistics, site organization, and material deliveries
• Maintain accurate project documentation (daily logs, reports, safety records, etc.)
