Superintendent

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate progress and address challenges.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site at all times.
• Monitor project budgets and costs to prevent overruns and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation of project progress.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction activities.
