Superintendent

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow and communication.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, safety incidents, and inventory usage.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders and management regularly.
